Rework Technician

Essential Duties

• Inspect power tools to ensure they meet exact specifications and industry standards
• Follow detailed work instructions and production protocols to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Utilize precision measuring tools and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Identify, report, and help resolve any defects or quality issues
• Deliver exceptional service and communication to team leads and other departments

• Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime when needed
• Self-motivated and committed to delivering 100% quality in every part you inspect

Essential Job Functions

• Frequently positioning of oneself to perform work tasks
• Repetitive manipulation of objects, tools, or controls for multiple hours
• Move up to 20 pounds repeatedly

This is a Short Term project that will last up to 20 weeks.
