Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Rework Technician in Millbury, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electronics technician to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in printed circuit board assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering and electronic rework on SMT and through-hole assemblies
• Replace electronic components using proper soldering and rework techniques
• Troubleshoot and repair PCB assemblies to meet quality standards
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, bills of material, and work instructions
• Use microscopes, hot-air rework equipment, soldering stations, and electronic test equipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with workmanship standards
• Document repairs and communicate quality or process issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support prototype, development, and production rework activities as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous electronic soldering experience is required
• Experience with SMT and through-hole component rework preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation
• Experience using microscopes, hot-air rework equipment, soldering stations, and hand tools
• Familiarity with electronic test equipment such as multimeters is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, or J-STD-001 certifications are a plus

• Competitive compensation of $17.00 to $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
