Rewinder Operator

About the Role

As a Rewinder Operator, you will inspect printed products and remove defective labels from press rolls. You will set up and operate product rewind machines to create finished rolls or packages according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform rewind and inspection work.
• Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria.
• Package finished products according to supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria.
• Perform quality checks and job approval/verification at the press as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Work effectively in an active team environment.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Differentiate colors.
• Perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.

Prior experience is not required; we will train you.
