Rewinder Operator

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and operate rewind machines to produce finished label rolls
• Inspect printed products and remove defective labels from press rolls
• Perform rewind and inspection work according to quality standards
• Verify finished products meet customer specifications and quality criteria
• Packaged finished products based on required packaging standards
• Perform quality checks and job verification at the press as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience is not required; training is provided
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Able to differentiate colors accurately
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay

Starting Pay: $17/hour + 8% shift premium ($18.36/hour) or based on experience.

Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Schedule

24/7 flexographic printing operation with consistent scheduling and no rotating shifts.
