Rewinder Operator
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate rewind machines to produce finished label rolls
- Inspect printed products and remove defective labels from press rolls
- Perform rewind and inspection work according to quality standards
- Verify finished products meet customer specifications and quality criteria
- Package finished products based on required packaging standards
- Perform quality checks and job verification at the press as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience is not required; training is provided
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Ability to differentiate colors accurately
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
