The Role

Fidelity Private Shares is growing and seeks a dedicated RevOps Analyst, GTM Systems. The team supports the startup community through a robust equity management platform. This role focuses on supporting the growth and expansion of the business that serves private companies and startups.

Responsibilities

  • Drive system improvements, streamline and automate processes
  • Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, best-in-class design, and Fidelity requirements
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and customer support to design, implement, and test innovative technology solutions within HubSpot
  • Partner with leadership to identify operation gaps, remove friction, enhance processes
  • Help develop and lead the AI strategy for go-to-market tools and processes
  • Create and maintain documentation for applications and processes
  • Aid in training and enabling new users to grow the technical capabilities across the team
  • Manage end user accounts, permissions, and access
  • Work with procurement on renewals, new tools, and adding seats
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights across go-to-market
  • Perform incident management (troubleshooting) and develop response procedures
  • Extract, manipulate, import/update large and complex data sets

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or system administrator roles
  • Experience using HubSpot
  • Familiarity with go-to-market tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Gong
  • Experience with enabling AI tools
  • Technical aptitude in maintaining and building out go-to-market tools end-to-end
  • Experience configuring and integrating systems
  • A self-starter with prior experience in a high-growth SaaS start-up scaling operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a passion for improving efficiency
  • Experience in Python or SQL, though not required

  • Expert level knowledge of the systems in the tech stack
  • Keeps up to date with software releases
  • Creates and maintains documentation for applications and processes
  • Aids in training and enabling new users

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$127,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
