Job description
As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology.

Job Details
As a Revit Modeling Architect, you will play a key role in the architectural design process by producing high-quality Revit models and visualizations that bring innovative design concepts to life. Working closely with project leads and design teams, you will translate design intent into accurate, detailed models that support project delivery and client expectations. Your contributions will directly support the creation of forward-thinking architectural solutions that shape the spaces where people live and work.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately track and manage individual time entries to support project scheduling, productivity, and cost control.
- Develop detailed architectural models and renderings using Revit, ensuring alignment with design intent and technical standards.
- Execute project deliverables as defined by the project lead, meeting established deadlines and quality expectations.
- Support the design and visualization process through precise modeling and rendering, contributing to the development of creative and functional design solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to incorporate feedback and refine models throughout the design process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an architectural or design-focused environment.
- Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and modeling standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
