Revit Modeler

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update Revit models for construction and design projects.
• Create detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
• Cook up models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Interpret construction documents, specifications, and design standards.
• Ensure models comply with company standards and project requirements.
• Assist with clash detection and model coordination.
• Support project teams throughout design and construction phases.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Participate in project meetings as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to Revit modeling.

Qualifications

• Strong Revit expertise and experience producing detailed models and drawings.
• Experience with low voltage systems is preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional environment.
• A strong understanding of construction documentation and modeling standards.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A proficient level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A self-motivated and independent worker who can complete work assignments.
• A US Citizen with a valid driver’s license.
