Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and update Revit models for construction and design projects.
- Create detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation.
- Cook up models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Interpret construction documents, specifications, and design standards.
- Ensure models comply with company standards and project requirements.
- Assist with clash detection and model coordination.
- Support project teams throughout design and construction phases.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Participate in project meetings as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance related to Revit modeling.
Qualifications
- Strong Revit expertise and experience producing detailed models and drawings.
- Experience with low voltage systems is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional environment.
- A strong understanding of construction documentation and modeling standards.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proficient level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated and independent worker who can complete work assignments.
- A US Citizen with a valid driver’s license.
