Responsibilities

  • Provide Revit-based modeling support for multidisciplinary water and wastewater projects.
  • Aid in model setup, coordination tasks, and production of contract drawings.
  • Help designers and engineers with day-to-day Revit and AutoCAD production needs.
  • Participate in coordination efforts involving process, plumbing, and HVAC systems when applicable.
  • Follow established Kennedy Jenks CAD/BIM standards and workflows to support consistent project delivery within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment.
  • Coordinate with CAD/BIM leads to address modeling, workflow, or standards-related questions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in Revit-based modeling.
  • Modeling knowledge: Basic understanding of 3D modeling concepts and Revit systems.
  • Discipline exposure: Preferred experience supporting process piping, plumbing, or HVAC-related modeling.
  • Software: AutoCAD 2022 or higher experience is a plus; familiarity with Autodesk Forma and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is preferred.

Pay

The hourly Pay Rate for this position is anticipated to be $40 to $50 per hour, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location.
