Review Officer

About the role

The successful applicant will be the point of contact with customers (both internally and externally) dealing with annual reviews. They will deal with a wide range of customer enquiries mainly covering Income Support reviews, and with scope to assist the other workgroups in the Customer Hub. The focus will be on excellent customer support and consistent delivery of high-quality service standards. They will work across all teams within the section to undertake re-assessment of entitlement to Income support based on changes in circumstances and finances declared as part of the annual review process.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact for internal and external customers regarding annual reviews.
• Handle customer enquiries, primarily Income Support reviews.
• Assist other workgroups within the Customer Hub as needed.
• Deliver excellent customer support and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate across teams to re-assess entitlement to Income Support based on changes in circumstances and finances declared during annual reviews.
