Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate
About the role
The Revenue Strategy & Operations Associate will work directly with the executive management team and other senior stakeholders, influencing GTM strategy across Fieldwire's international sales regions. This role combines structured problem-solving with hands-on execution, aiming to improve growth, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze GTM performance across pipeline, conversion, win rate, sales productivity, retention, expansion, and forecast health.
- Translate KPIs into a clear narrative: what changed, why it changed, what it means, and what we should do next.
- Build executive-ready WBR, QBR, and EMT materials that highlight performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Identify leading indicators that signal future risk or upside across the revenue engine.
- Partner with GTM leadership to ensure business reviews are decision-oriented, action-driven, and connected to revenue outcomes.
- Define how GTM teams use data, reporting, and operating rhythms to manage performance.
- Support strategic investment decisions by evaluating expected impact, tradeoffs, risks, and execution requirements.
- Help define the right operating metrics, targets, thresholds, and cadences for new and existing GTM motions.
- Identify gaps between plan and performance, quantify business impact, and recommend actions to close those gaps.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives tied to revenue growth, productivity, retention, and efficiency.
- Design, pilot, measure, and scale new GTM motions such as ICP refinement, territory redesign, role specialization, multi-product selling motions, pipeline generation plays, renewal motions, or expansion motions.
- Define success metrics and recommend whether to scale, iterate, or sunset initiatives based on results.
- Evaluate and deploy best-in-class GTM tools and systems to improve productivity and execution across the revenue engine.
- Identify sources of operational friction and partner with CRM, Data, and Enablement teams to design scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical business partner role.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, including advanced spreadsheet modeling and comfort working with structured data.
- SaaS experience required; familiarity with SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise GTM motions strongly preferred.
- Experience with SQL and/or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms preferred.
- Proven ability to support or partner with Director / VP-level GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Finance.
- Experience building forecasts, capacity plans, business cases, pipeline models, scenario analyses, or executive reporting that influence business decisions.
- Strong understanding of GTM metrics, including pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win rates, sales productivity, forecast accuracy, retention, expansion, and churn.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into clear frameworks, recommendations, and actions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from analysis through execution and measurement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, GTM tools, automation, and AI-powered workflows; direct administration experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
- High autonomy, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence without authority.

- Experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Experience working with international or multi-region GTM teams.
- Experience with construction technology, field operations, or vertical SaaS.
- Experience improving GTM productivity through automation, workflow redesign, AI adoption, or operating model changes.
- Experience building executive-ready business reviews, board-level materials, or strategic planning outputs.
Benefits
Fieldwire offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $116,000.00 to $142,000.00, a corporate bonus which can range up to 30%, and benefits that align with industry standards.

This role is hybrid in San Francisco, California. Our headquarters are based in beautiful San Francisco and our office is centrally located right off of Embarcadero Bart station.
