Department Revenue Effectiveness

The Revenue Readiness Partner reports to the Manager of Revenue Readiness and is responsible for preparing customer-facing teams to successfully bring new products, capabilities, and go-to-market strategies to market. This is not a traditional training role. You think beyond courses and presentations. You design readiness strategies that combine communications, learning experiences, AI-powered guidance, playbooks, manager reinforcement, and field activation to drive adoption at scale.

What You Will Work On

  • Own readiness planning and execution for assigned product domains, strategic initiatives, and go-to-market motions.
  • Build comprehensive readiness strategies that prepare frontline teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to execute successfully while ensuring launches are adopted consistently across the Revenue organization.
  • Develop deep expertise in assigned products, customer workflows, competitive positioning, and GTM motions.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Leadership, Customer Success Leadership, and other business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Influence launch planning, identify readiness risks early, advocate for frontline needs, and ensure readiness is embedded into every major business initiative—not treated as an afterthought.
  • Continuously evolve how enablement is delivered by leveraging AI, automation, digital learning, and just-in-time knowledge systems.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve playbooks, conversation guides, competitive messaging, objection handling resources, AI-powered job aids, manager coaching tools, and other field resources that help customer-facing teams perform at their best.
  • Design and execute communication strategies, readiness workshops, launch programs, office hours, reinforcement plans, and change management initiatives that drive awareness, confidence, and adoption while minimizing change fatigue across customer-facing teams.
  • Serve as the voice of the field by gathering feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships and translating those insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and business leaders.

Your Success Profile

  • Strategic Partnership: Build trusted relationships across Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership. Collaborate early in the planning process to ensure readiness is built into strategic initiatives from the beginning.
  • Business Acumen: Develop a strong understanding of the customer journey, our products, our competitive landscape, and the business outcomes we are trying to achieve. Connect enablement initiatives directly to company priorities and customer success.
  • Execution Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional program management skills while balancing multiple launches, strategic initiatives, and competing priorities. Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail and operational excellence.
  • Customer & Learner Focus: Design practical, engaging enablement experiences that help customer-facing teams confidently apply knowledge during real customer conversations—not simply complete training.
  • Innovation Mindset: Continuously explore new technologies, AI capabilities, and modern learning practices that improve scalability, efficiency, and learner engagement. Challenge traditional enablement approaches and seek better ways of preparing the field.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback, analyze performance data, measure business impact, and continuously iterate on readiness programs to improve adoption, execution quality, and business outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly. Navigate ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders, and remain focused on delivering meaningful business impact.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Enablement, Learning & Development, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, or a related role supporting customer-facing organizations.
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional product launches, go-to-market initiatives, or field readiness programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic enablement programs—including communications, playbooks, launch strategies, manager reinforcement, and field activation—not just training.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience facilitating workshops, executive presentations, or enablement programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions, customer journeys, and product commercialization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption, business outcomes, and enablement effectiveness.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, digital learning platforms, knowledge management systems, or enablement technologies to improve productivity and learning experiences.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, HR technology, or other high-growth B2B organizations preferred.
