About the role

We are looking for a North America Strategic Partner Manager to build and lead our highest-impact partnerships across the region. This is a rare opportunity to define the playbook from scratch: identifying, recruiting, and activating a network of GSIs and Hyperscalers, with a strong preference for experience in Google Cloud who will embed ElevenLabs voice AI into enterprise workflows and customer experiences at scale.

You'll work directly with some of the most influential players in the cloud and services ecosystem to build joint GTM motions, accelerate enterprise pipeline, and position ElevenLabs as the preferred voice AI platform for GSI and hyperscaler-led deals. This is a builder role. You'll own partner strategy, recruitment, enablement, and co-sell execution across North America.

Requirements

  • 10+ years building and managing successful partnerships in North America, with a proven track record scaling GSI and/or hyperscaler relationships (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) that generated measurable enterprise revenue
  • Experience recruiting net-new partners and taking them from zero to production (not just managing existing relationships) with the ability to build joint GTM plans, co-sell motions, and partner business cases
  • A commercial mindset with demonstrated success driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue; strong understanding of API-driven products and the ability to work closely with engineering, product, and solutions teams
  • Across-functional operator: comfortable navigating complex partner org structures while aligning internal sales, marketing, and product teams behind shared outcomes
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Genuine passion for emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications, paired with a collaborative, proactive approach and a high level of ownership and accountability

Qualifications

  • Existing relationships within Google Cloud's partner ecosystem
  • Prior experience as a founding or first-in-function partner hire
