Revenue Operations & Planning Manager
This role sits within the Integrated Supply Chain function for the North America region and supports revenue execution for the AM&D business through leading advanced forecasting, demand planning, and business analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue operations and demand planning analytics and processes, developing robust forecasts that integrate market trends, sales pipeline dynamics, historical performance, and business assumptions.
- Analyze revenue performance, demand signals, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into clear recommendations, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Build and apply AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions to simplify data-intensive forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Drive data quality, KPI governance, and continuous improvements across forecasting and planning workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional stakeholders to align plans, address risks, and communicate insights that support revenue execution.
- Lead recurring monthly demand reviews and DSO, and weekly revenue meetings for the North American Region.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, analytics, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in data analysis & interpretation, AI-driven data analysis, budget management, KPI management, business intelligence tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel techniques.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in revenue projections and data analytics.
- Ability to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
Schedule
- Office-based role requiring in-person work at least 3 days per week.
- Full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Pay
The pay range for this position in PA is $87,000 to $139,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives.
