Revenue Operations Manager

Vision Net, Montana’s state-wide fiber optic network and premier data center provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role ensures accurate customer contract administration, revenue assurance, sales operations alignment, commission management, and reporting. The position serves as a bridge between Sales, Order Management, Marketing, Finance, Service Delivery, and Network Operations to maximize revenue capture, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the order-to-cash lifecycle from contract execution through billing.
• Monitor and improve revenue workflows to reduce leakage.
• Recommend operational controls that ensure accurate customer invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Develop revenue assurance programs to identify unbilled services, rating discrepancies, and revenue leakage.
• Perform reconciliations between OSS, BSS, CRM, and ERP platforms.
• Develop and maintain key metric dashboards for executive leadership accurately tracking MRR, ARR, and other defined measures.
• Lead cause analysis and corrective actions for revenue-impacting issues.
• Identify workflow automation opportunities.
• Lead and document continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support quoting, pricing, contract administration, and deal desk functions.
• Maintain product catalogs and pricing structures.
• Validate profitability and margin targets for new service offerings.
• Manage sales commission and incentive calculations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in revenue operations, sales, marketing, accounting, or related experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Technical domain expertise in:
  • OSS/BSS systems
  • CRM platforms
  • ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI
  • Revenue analytics and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. A combination of education and work experience demonstrating the ability to fulfill the job requirements is equally acceptable.
• Certified Revenue Management Professional (CRMP) credential is preferred.
• Limited travel (less than 10% as needed).
