About the role
Sameday AI is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company focused on Revenue Operations. The Revenue Operations Manager (Mid-Level) will be responsible for managing the go-to-market engine, partnering with Marketing and Sales, and running a tight ship on data, tooling, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM systems & data
- Operationalize pipeline & funnel
- Instrumentation & analytics
- Outbound & enrichment at scale
- Integration & automation
- Enablement & change management
- Compliance & governance
Requirements
- 3–6 years in Revenue/Ops, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops within B2B SaaS
- Advanced HubSpot Enterprise admin skills
- Hands-on experience with Clay and Apollo
- Strong analytical chops
- Demonstrated ownership of best practices
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Must-have qualifications listed above
- Nice-to-haves: Python, BI tool experience, familiarity with CDPs, experience with PLG motions
