About the role
The Revenue Operations Manager will play a critical role in helping APC scale. This position will help organize our commercial ecosystem, improve the flow of information, create visibility into performance, and transform data into direction that help drive revenue growth across the organization.

- Ensure critical information is organized, accessible, and actionable.
- Build systems and workflows that help teams execute more effectively.
- Deliver business intelligence by building reporting that drives action, not just activity.
- Improve systems and data quality by ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and data structures.
- Improve adoption and best practices.
- Manage APC's commercial reporting architecture.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Manage prospecting workflows between Marketing and Sales.
- Support utilization of Salesloft, ZoomInfo, eTail Insights, and LinkedIn.
- Build and manage multi-touch prospecting cadences.
- Track activity, effectiveness, compliance, and outcomes.
- Maintain pipeline health and opportunity progression.
- Build, organize, and maintain APC's commercial knowledge base.
- Centralize sales tools, customer information, presentations, competitive intelligence, and process documentation.
- Ensure teams can quickly prepare for prospect meetings, customer reviews, forecasts, pipeline reviews, and executive discussions.
- Lead recommendations based on trends and data.
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support strategic initiatives.
- Help scale APC's commercial infrastructure as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities
