Revenue Operations Director
About the Role
Transportation Equipment Network (TEN) is seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations Director to lead the alignment of sales, marketing, finance, and operations processes that support revenue growth and profitability. This high-impact role will serve as the central point for revenue operations, optimizing Salesforce, improving forecasting accuracy, enhancing reporting capabilities, and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize sales operations processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Own and enhance Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, pipeline metrics, forecasting models, and sales performance analytics.
- Partner with Finance to support pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and profitability objectives.
- Build dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights into revenue trends, customer metrics, and commercial performance.
- Evaluate and implement process automation and technology solutions that improve workflow efficiency and data visibility.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce, ERP, marketing, and operational systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations to align revenue goals and improve business performance.
- Track fulfillment and commercial activities to ensure accurate reporting and accountability throughout the customer lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, Vendor Management, or related functions.
- Strong Salesforce CRM expertise, including reporting, analytics, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, develop insights, and influence strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
