Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of new product and service offerings within the global order-to-revenue ecosystem.
- Drive the integration of diverse revenue streams into advanced ERP and CRM platforms, including Oracle, Salesforce, and RevPro.
- Spearhead revenue operations for major M&A activities, divestitures, and large-scale system integration projects.
- Influence executive decision-making by acting as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and Sales to align strategic priorities.
- Champion automation and process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and internal controls across global operations.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in Revenue Operations or Revenue Accounting within a complex, global organization.
- Deep technical expertise in ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles in a systems-driven environment.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional transformation and systems integration initiatives.
- Strong experience with Oracle (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), and revenue automation platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
- Bonus Points For: Active CPA license or MBA. Experience managing revenue operations during significant corporate divestitures or M&A transitions.
