We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the sales team and sales managers to ensure visibility of all sales KPIs and performance metrics using SFDC.
- Utilize Salesforce expertise to generate reports and insights that inform data-driven decision-making.
- Champion process improvement initiatives to optimize the sales funnel and market penetration strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ad-hoc revenue operations requests, bug fixes, quote challenges, and more.
- Maintain and update territory files, audit logs, de-duplication workflows, and other system management tasks.
- Participate in driving process improvements and system upgrades.
- Assist sales representatives in completing quotes and provide necessary training as required.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to address non-compliant orders and provide clear solutions for order issue resolution.
- Manage price books and communicate SKUs to resellers and distributors.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales leadership to develop standard contracting terms and templated legal amendments for standard quotes.
- Manage and orchestrate the legal queue, guaranteeing timely signing of standard contracts and liaising with sales leaders on standard and non-standard red-line requests.
- Take ownership of the revenue operations handbook and develop revenue-related training materials.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the revenue operations team by providing support and assistance with various tasks and initiatives aimed at enhancing the performance of the GTM organization.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of Salesforce experience (SFDC back-end skills and Salesforce Admin Certification are required).
- Prior experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Contracts Management is a plus.
- Experience in developing pricing strategies and conducting margin analyses to optimize revenue generation.
- Familiarity with partner/reseller and direct sales go-to-market models is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com, CPQ, and standard technologies utilized by enterprise software providers is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- The ability to confidently lead discussions with sales representatives and effectively prioritize tasks.
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a drive to contribute to the growth of the business.
- Outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships across different functions within the organization.
