Revenue Operations Analyst
About the role
Premion, a leading “Over-the-Top” advertising and media business, seeks a talented and dedicated Revenue Operations and Monetization Analyst.
Position duties
- A digital programmatic trader is responsible for managing and optimizing online ad campaigns using our proprietary automated bidding platform (SDP) known as PRISM to ensure maximum performance and return on investment (ROI) for clients.
- This role involves monitoring day-to-day programmatic buys across various channels including connected TV (CTV), display, video, and audio.
- The candidate will monitor campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize parameters like bid strategies, client ROI, ad frequency, and delivery.
- The candidate will proactively identify and resolve campaign setup and performance issues and work alongside their ad ops counterparts to ensure campaigns are delivering smoothly and soundly.
- The candidate will have a mathematical and analytical aptitude, with comfortability in tools like Excel and Power BI to organize, consolidate, and interpret large datasets.
- The candidate will adopt a systematic approach to problem-solving and the ability to proactively troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
- The candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex data insights and strategies to diverse internal members with different titles and experiences in their careers.
- The candidate will have strong soft skills like attention to detail, time management, the ability to work independently or collaboratively, and a self-starting, proactive mindset are crucial.
Requirements
- 1 year+ experience in programmatic trading/campaign management role in the advertising/online media space (video ad experiences a strong plus)
- Highly analytical mindset and skills needed with a hyper focus on profit margins and campaign delivery.

- Excellent verbal, written and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
