About The Role
The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the systems, data architecture, and processes that drive the go-to-market engine. Sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, and customer success, this role focuses on translating complex business processes into clean, scalable Salesforce workflows and reliable data pipelines. The analyst will untangle data silos, build out automated reporting structures, and ensure that the go-to-market leadership team has high-fidelity operational metrics to make strategic, real-time decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CRM ecosystem, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and third-party integrations.
- Build and maintain centralized revenue dashboards in BI tools like Tableau or Looker, ensuring consistent definition of metrics across marketing, sales, and finance.
- Identify bottlenecks in the lead-to-opportunity funnel and implement automated workflows to improve lead routing, conversion tracking, and sales velocity.
- Manage the end-to-end sales forecasting process, partnering with sales leadership to ensure pipeline data integrity and clean weekly reporting.
- Own monthly database hygiene initiatives, including deduplication, territory mapping, data enrichment, and system audit logs.
- Collaborate with the finance team to audit and reconcile commissions, billing cycles, and SaaS subscription data.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles at a high-growth B2B technology company.
- Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce CRM, specifically creating advanced flows, permission sets, and custom reports.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills for querying databases, joining tables, and performing independent analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and training.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Bonus: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or experience with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
