Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing revenue streams across various departments. This position involves collaborating closely with sales teams, finance, and product management to ensure accurate and timely reporting of revenue data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust revenue tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in revenue operations and implement solutions to enhance performance.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and provide insights to help drive business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to revenue operations.
• Support the implementation of new revenue-related processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and other database management systems.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles and GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and their integration with revenue operations.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and VBA.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform for data storage and analytics.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
