Revenue Management Manager, US Luxury

Qualifications

• Highly agile at influencing senior leaders
• Independent thinker/outside in approach
• Manages high complexity and insights from multiple sources to build strong arguments with ease
• Highly developed experience on how to put data at the heart of the business
• Technical Skills: Strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint capabilities/knowledge a must
• Advanced Analytics personal or team leadership experience. Technical Skills including SQL, DBMS, ETL, Python, R (Tidyverse), ML (Linear & Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, K-means, KNN), Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, STATA, MS Office, Visio
• Experience in commercial functions (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing)
• Local market experience
• People Leadership of medium sized direct teams and large indirect teams. Strong focus on indirect people management and peer-level influencing
• Strong capabilities of out-of-the-box thinking and innovation
