About the role

The Revenue & GTM Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of revenue operations, including sales enablement, pipeline management, and customer onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize sales enablement programs to support the sales team and improve deal win rates.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
  • Develop and implement customer onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GTM strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of pipeline management initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.

Qualifications
