Revenue Growth Management (RGMx) Integration Lead
About the Role
The Revenue Growth Management (RGMx) Integration Lead is responsible for the end-to-end integration architecture, interface portfolio, delivery coordination, technical acceptance, and operational readiness of all RGMx integrations. This role serves as the bridge between business, data, technical, and vendor teams to ensure accurate, secure, scalable, and reliable data flows that enable RGM decision-making across Pricing, Promotion, Trade Architecture, and Planning capabilities.
The Integration Lead partners closely with the RGM Technical Product Owner, Sales Tech Lead, Data Platform Lead, RGM business teams, IT Architecture, Data Engineering, and external vendors to deliver integrations that align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.
Qualifications
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, data integration, solution architecture.
- Experience leading inbound and outbound integrations for large-scale SaaS implementations.
- Experience working with CPG, Retail, Sales, Trade Promotion, Analytics, or Revenue Growth Management solutions preferred.
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of API architecture and integration design.
- Data mapping, canonical models, schema design, interface contracts, and source-to-target specifications.
- Integration patterns and reliability controls, including event-, batch-, and file-based exchanges, with retry, replay, duplicate prevention, and failed-message handling.
- Authentication and authorization, including OAuth, service principles, certificates, and secrets.
- Cloud data platforms (Databricks, Azure, or equivalent).
- SQL and data analysis.
- Integration middleware and integration platforms (SAP CPI and Azure Data Factory preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL DB preferred.
- Familiarity with deploying integrations on setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Databricks Lakehouse preferred.
- Experience implementing authentication mechanisms, including OAuth, SAML, API keys, and related technologies.
- Master data management and data governance concepts.
- Testing and deployment methodologies.

Responsibilities
Integration Strategy & Architecture
- Own the integration strategy for RGMx and related ecosystem applications.
- Define approved integration patterns, interface contracts, and design principles for APIs, batch pipelines, events, database integrations, and managed file transfers.
- Ensure alignment with CHD enterprise architecture, data governance, security, and lakehouse strategies.
- Identify integration dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Maintain the integration architecture, interface inventory, dependency map, and key architecture decisions.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to design APIs, file-based integrations, automated data pipelines, and technical acceptance criteria.
- Review and approve technical integration specifications and design documents.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
- Validate vendor deliverables against documented requirements and acceptance criteria.
Data & Systems Integration
- Oversee integrations between:
- RGMx platform
- Trade Promotion Management Systems
- Data Lake
- Establish reconciliation, control-total, data-quality, and exception-management requirements across system boundaries.
Testing & Deployment
- Define the integration testing strategy and entry/exit criteria for system integration testing, end-to-end testing, regression testing, performance testing, and production validation.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, and performance testing activities.
- Establish reconciliation and validation processes for critical business data.
- Support cutover planning, deployment readiness, and hypercare activities.
Governance & Project Leadership
- Establish integration design governance, documentation standards, technical approval gates, and interface change-control processes.
- Monitor integration milestones, issue resolution, and adherence to project timelines.
- Track integration-related risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
- Provide regular status updates to project leadership.
- Establish data and integration governance processes.
Operational Support
- Define the production monitoring, alerting, logging, reconciliation, and end-to-end traceability requirements for each integration.
- Establish support ownership, service levels, escalation paths, incident-management procedures, and vendor support responsibilities.
- Ensure integrations include documented restart, replay, recovery, and manual-contingency procedures.
- Develop or approve operational runbooks, support documentation, interface inventories, and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and transition to application, data platform, and production support teams.
- Provide integration-level oversight during hypercare and support root-cause analysis for significant production incidents.
- Define monitoring, alerting, and support processes.
- Develop support documentation and operational runbooks.
- Partner with support teams to transition integrations into steady-state operations.
