About the role

OEC provides software solutions to those who work in the automotive parts and repair industry. Our solutions make it easier for automotive industry professionals to buy and sell parts, conduct repair research & planning, optimize estimates, improve the parts supply chain, and more. OEC partners with many of the world’s largest manufacturers, dealers and suppliers, shops and repairers, and service providers, giving our customers access to a comprehensive network and a streamlined workflow.

This role builds, delivers, and sustains enablement programs, content, and communications across multiple products, processes, and business owners, to keep the business informed, productive, and ready to execute.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and facilitates new hire onboarding and role-based training.
  • Creates, maintains, and organizes enablement content (playbooks, job aids, presentations, learning materials).
  • Develops and distributes sales communications, ensuring timely, clear, and actionable updates.
  • Builds and manages learning experiences in the LMS and knowledge management platforms.
  • Partners with subject matter experts to develop training and reinforce new initiatives.
  • Supports product launches, process changes, and sales initiatives with training and enablement assets.
  • Gathers feedback from the field and identifies opportunities to improve content, training, and programs.
  • Tracks enablement metrics and helps measure program effectiveness.
  • Provides day-to-day support for sellers and managers, connecting them with the right resources and best practices.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Business, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, learning and development, training, sales operations, or related experience coordinating or facilitating sales new hire onboarding and ongoing learning programs, with a proven background managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and deliverables.
  • Travel for this role is required, and expected to be up to 10% of work time.
  • Willing and able to attend virtual meetings with the laptop camera on.

Skills

  • Strong instructional design and content development skills, including presentations, job aids, playbooks, eLearning, and facilitator guides.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable content.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product Operations, and leadership.
  • Comfortable facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work, and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
