Revenue Economics Analyst
About the role
The Revenue Economics Analyst will join Metropolis at a critical juncture in the company's growth. They will work closely with Sales leadership and SVPs of Sales to drive GTM performance. The role involves building and reviewing proformas, developing underwriting models, quantifying the impact of Metropolis technology, and implementing automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and review proformas for organic and existing deals across the national portfolio
- Evaluate deal structure and shape pricing strategy
- Develop and expand underwriting models by integrating internal and external data insights
- Quantify and communicate the tangible impact of Metropolis technology for clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales and operations leaders to establish best practices for underwriting and asset management
- Stress test asset performance against potential macro and microeconomic scenarios
- Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and increase GTM efficiency
- Lead ad-hoc analyses, reports, and projects supporting revenue generation and strategic decision-making
- Translate GTM insights into cross-functional recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience working across complex sales cycles and workflows
- Progressive accounting and finance background, including hands-on experience reviewing and interpreting P&L statements
- Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to transform and synthesize data across multiple sources
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and other automation tools
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, or similar role
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 USD to $95,000.00 USD annually.
Pay
The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including but not limited to the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
Schedule
Metropolis operates on an office-first model, requiring employees to be on-site at least four days a week to foster organic interactions that spark creativity and connection.
