Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Main Function

Conduct training for physicians on proper coding and billing for multi-specialty services.

Provide coaching, education, and appropriate feedback to staff.

Review documentation to ensure providers are coding at the correct level.

Assist staff with questions regarding multi-specialty coding and billing.

Support revenue cycle process including A/R and denial management.

Occasional travel may be required for meetings, training, or company events.

Experience

• 3+ Years of multi-specialty coding experience.
• 1+ Year of lead experience.

Education

• CPC, CCS and other coding certifications.
