As the Senior Director of RCM Service Delivery, you will lead global teams delivering Huron Managed Services (HMS) for our clients. This role involves engaging with client leaders to communicate HMS performance, achieve KPI expectations, facilitate process change management, and educate leaders on HMS key deliverables. You will collaborate with internal leaders and executives to relay customer feedback and drive impactful changes through influence.
Serving RCM HMS clients, you will focus on customer relationship management and satisfaction, leveraging industry expertise to develop strategic visions and operational tactics aimed at enhancing revenue cycle performance and delivering superior results.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage the client portfolio, monitoring performance KPIs and ensuring expectations are met according to contracts, with a focus on engagement health metrics, client satisfaction, favorable Net Promoter Scores (NPS), and strong client references.
- Client Partnership: Partner with client leaders to align operational objectives with performance goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with client leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all project teams comply with industry regulations and Huron’s internal standards, maintaining accountability across vendor, coding, and centralized business functions.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive, accountable, and innovative culture within HMS, implementing strategies that elevate employee engagement to meet industry benchmarks.
- Sales Support and Growth: Collaborate with sales leaders to support key client pursuits, expand HMS’s client base, and actively participate in client credentialing and reference coordination.
- Product Differentiation and Innovation: Partner with leaders to create differentiated revenue cycle solutions that meet evolving client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue cycle management.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate global teams.
- Strong and broad understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within hospital and physician settings.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Limited travel required.
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization required.
Pay
The estimated salary range for this job is $160,000–$224,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range Huron reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Actual salary will vary based on factors including skills, certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This role is also eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, reflecting a pay-for-performance philosophy.
