Revenue Cycle Quality Improvement Coordinator

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle processes
• Familiarity with interdepartmental interactions as it relates to revenue cycle
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of revenue cycle, finance, and accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to present in front of large groups
• Professionalism and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
• Strong Cerner knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of Windows-based software applications, specifically Excel
• Self-starter, independent thinker, and collaborative team player

Education And/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Two Years Of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience Required
