Blossom ABA Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey.About the Role
As a Revenue Cycle Manager at Blossom ABA Therapy, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration to patient billing and insurance reimbursement. You will work closely with our clinical staff, billing team, and administrative personnel to ensure that all financial information is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations. Your expertise will help us optimize our revenue cycle, reduce claims denials, and improve patient satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the revenue cycle process from patient registration to patient billing and insurance reimbursement
- Develop and maintain efficient processes for data entry, claims submission, and patient payment tracking
- Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely coding and billing
- Work closely with the billing team to resolve claims denials and identify strategies for improved reimbursement
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle performance
- Provide training and support to clinical and administrative staff on revenue cycle processes and procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare billing and insurance reimbursement regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
