Revenue Cycle Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification
• Lead and support a team responsible for front-end revenue cycle activities
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Cook up coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows
• Support training, development, and performance management of staff
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or related healthcare operations
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with patient access, registration, or insurance verification processes
• EPIC experience preferred
• FQHC experience a plus
