Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Manage processes related to Denticon conversions, ensuring that all converted offices have successfully adopted the platform, including but not limited to:
  • Pre Conversion training
  • Post Conversion Support
  • Support ticket issues
• Aid in the development of RCM solutions regarding expanded platform tools including but not limited to:
  • Automated Eligibility
  • Fee Schedule and Plan Building Management
  • ERA Auto posting
• Aid with the selection, assessment, and roll-out of integrated vendors for improved efficiency and scalability of the enterprise systems.
• Maintain and/or improve RCM KPIs for converted locations; identifying areas of non-compliance, and training locations as needed.
• Ensure compliance through working collaboratively with Executive and Operational leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships as required.
• Additional projects or initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent; healthcare administration, finance or related field is a plus.
• 5+ years in dental RCM, preferably in a multi-location environment, 2+ years of people management
• Previous experience in project management a plus.
• Proficiency in various practice management software-Denticon, as well as Excel and other Microsoft Suite
• Must be able to multi-task and meet agreed upon deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
