Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Regional Sales Advisory Executive – West

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of RCM advisory and subscription services opportunities
• Leverage established healthcare network to create executive-level relationships
• Engage CFOs and operational executives in discussions about financial performance
• Position McBee’s RCM services as solutions to revenue cycle challenges
• Identify client pain points and recommend aligned solutions
• Lead sales pursuits from prospecting to contract negotiation
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop client solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7+ years of experience in selling healthcare technology or related professional services
• 4+ years of experience in large healthcare provider organizations
• Proven experience in selling Revenue Cycle Management solutions
• Established network within large health systems and hospitals
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and financial performance improvement
• Ability to build credibility with C-suite executives

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
