Position Responsibilities

• Responsible for the direction and leadership of the operational, financial, and personnel activities of the practice revenue cycle.
• Establish, meet, and continuously monitor goals and objectives while maintaining alignment with the strategic goals of ORA Orthopedics.
• Create and manage the policies, objectives, and initiatives of revenue cycle operations to ensure efficiency of insurance and patient billing, adjudication, and collection processes.
• Ensure staff provide high-level care, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• As a member of the Business Office, work with a robust and talented team to keep the practice running smoothly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or greater in Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare Administration.
• Five or more years of revenue cycle management and healthcare billing.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and accurately.
• Strong knowledge of personal computer applications and Electronic Medical Record.
