Revenue Cycle Analytics Manager | Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and shape the next generation of automation tools in healthcare financial operations.
• Own end-to-end RCM analytics and reporting frameworks spanning patient access, coding, billing, denials, A/R, and collections — translating performance data into executive-ready decision support.
• Evaluate LLM-generated KPI dashboards, financial models, and revenue cycle outputs for analytical accuracy, completeness, and domain alignment.
• Conduct structured root cause analyses on revenue cycle performance variances and formulate data-driven remediation recommendations.
• Build and maintain scorecards, trend analyses, and BI dashboards to support both operational leadership and C-suite strategic decisions.
• Lead RCM data governance initiatives — establishing data definitions, quality standards, and reporting consistency across systems.
• Support net revenue realisation analysis, budget modelling, and cycle-level forecasting to align analytics infrastructure with financial strategy.

Core Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership in revenue cycle analytics, RCM reporting, or healthcare financial decision-support at a managerial or director level.
• Deep fluency in RCM financial metrics across the full revenue cycle continuum, with the ability to identify anomalies in LLM-generated analytical outputs.
• Advanced proficiency in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) combined with SQL-based data interrogation.
• Hands-on experience with EHR-integrated analytics environments and enterprise RCM reporting systems.
• Strong financial modelling capability with a track record of converting complex datasets into actionable, stakeholder-ready insights.
• Exceptional written English communication skills suited to producing structured analytical annotations and evaluation feedback.

Additional Strengths

• HFMA CRCR, CHFP, or a recognised healthcare analytics certification.
• Prior experience with predictive analytics, revenue cycle forecasting, or net revenue modelling in a health system, large physician enterprise, or RCM outsourcing environment.
• Track record leading enterprise BI platform implementations or RCM analytics infrastructure migrations.
