Responsibilities
- Audits accounting and financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with government guidelines and laws.
- Identifies improper accounting or documentation.
- Audits daily records of assigned revenue-generating departments to determine compliance with gaming regulations and company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Prepares manual and computer accounting records and reports.
- Displays courteous and professional image to associated departments and guests.
- Upholds the Mission Statement.
- Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.
- Lives by the Hard Rock Values!
- Researches issues and makes recommendations to improve policies and procedures.
- Works with outside auditors to help reconcile discrepancies or support the external auditing functions.
- Maintains knowledge of property information, including memorabilia.
