Revenue Audit Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in developing revenue audit checklists while addressing MICS and ICS
• Follows revenue auditor's daily checklists to ensure all daily revenue audit steps have been completed
• Reconciles any errors and records corrections using proper documentation
• Reviews and follows up on audit exceptions issued by clerks
• Affords assistance in updating/reviewing the Flash Report daily
• Affords assistance in training, assessing, and reviewing the job performance of subordinates
• Affords assistance in managing schedules and duties of revenue auditors
• Schedules and coordinates recurring functions such as month-end inventory counts/observations and testing/verifying casino games
• Affords assistance with/as independent auditors and internal auditors, as required
• Completes necessary/assigned reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Ensures compliance with all IGB and internal procedures are followed
• Ensures that all revenue-related documents are safeguarded
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
• An Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Related field – required
• Two (2) years’ Supervisory experience – required
• One (1) year experience as a Dual-Rate Supervisor in a PCI Gaming Department – required
• Two (2) years’ experience in the hiring position’s Department – required
• One (1) year of casino auditing experience – required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with casino revenue reporting systems required, SDS, CMP, Opera, and InfoGenesis – preferred
• Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and view information displayed on a computer screen
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
• Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position

Pay and Benefits

Base Pay: Compensation: $22.40 - $27.60 per hour, with starting pay based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and skills.
