About the Role

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and optimization of iron-air battery technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product features
• Perform research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in battery performance
• Develop and maintain documentation related to battery design and testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in battery development or related field
• Strong understanding of electrochemistry and materials science
• Experience with battery testing and characterization techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about sustainability and renewable energy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience with battery simulation software (e.g., DREAMS, ANSYS)
• Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and equipment
