Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee opportunities and orders within Salesforce to ensure a consistent approach and high data quality
- Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness, flagging and resolving inconsistencies
- Build and maintain recurring revenue reports and dashboards covering pipeline, win rates and deal velocity
- Deliver ad hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making
- Support forecasting cycles by ensuring pipeline data is accurate and current
- Assist in the quote-to-cash process, including order management
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align processes and data management
- Develop and maintain documentation for opportunity management processes and best practices
- Partner & Stakeholder Support: Serve as a point of contact for partner orders, account creation, and key revenue systems
- Provide support to resolve partner and internal queries, ensuring a seamless experience
- Enablement: Support onboarding and training of sales team members on Salesforce and key revenue systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in CRM data management, preferably within Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in process documentation and improvement
