Revenue Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Revenue Accounting team, setting priorities and fostering a growth culture
• Manage monthly and quarterly close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Analyze accruals and deferred revenue in accordance with applicable accounting guidance
• Collaborate with Technical Accounting on ASC 606 implications to ensure consistency in application
• Translate accounting guidance into actionable processes for the team
• Support onboarding of new retailers by refining scalable accounting processes
• Identify and drive improvements in accounting workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting and ASC 606; public accounting and industry experience preferred
• At least 2 years of direct people-management experience
• Experience leading day-to-day accounting execution and delegating work effectively
• Retail accounting knowledge, particularly in reconciliations and reserve management
• Strong analytical skills for assessing large sets of transactional data
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional engagement
• Detail-oriented with a strong process-oriented mindset
