Position Summary

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing premium seating packages and additional inventory and ticketing manifest management to balance client demand with revenue efficiency while helping develop and train on best practices. This role relies heavily on enterprise data analysis within Oracle NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning system, managing real-time general seating allocations in vivenu, and auditing and distributing premium inventories through the Suite Experience Group (SEG) platform. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to resolve live database and high-value ticket inventory discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

This position functions under the supervision of the Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage, investigate, and resolve high-tier inventory distribution issues and workflow discrepancies directly through the SEG and vivenu ticketing platforms along with tracking of non-system inventoried items (hotel rooms, premium experiences, etc.).
  • Manage live event ticket configurations, allocations, bundles, and custom pricing rules within SEG and vivenu to maximize velocity and prevent overallocation.
  • Maintain real-time premium inventory accuracy across multiple platforms by auditing, matching, and reconciling physical and digital ledger counts against sales transaction records.
  • Build and manage saved searches, analytical dashboards, and automated reports within NetSuite and Power BI to monitor inventory turnover, sales velocity, and historical premium seat demand.
  • Partner with Premium Sales and Experiences, finance, digital operations, and marketing teams to manage seamless execution and data flows between the ticketing environments and the core ERP platform.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data-intensive inventory control, ticketing operations, premium box/suite operations, or a similar logistics role.
  • ERP Skills: Hands-on experience executing workflows, generating transaction records, and creating saved searches inside Oracle NetSuite.
  • Ticketing Platforms: Proficiency using modern live event distribution tools (vivenu) and high-value corporate ticketing architectures (Suite Experience Group).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data extraction, manipulation, and macro data-cleaning.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis mindset for customer service support or system integration gaps.
  • Familiarity with live event logistics, or corporate hospitality sales metrics.
  • Excellent written communication skills for statement of work development and cross-department project coordination with high-value stakeholders.
