Analyst, Inventory

Accountabilities

• Manage data from production and ensure material data is in sync with MAB ERP system
• Investigate discrepancies, partnering with external and internal partners to resolve issues
• Enter production/consumption data into ERP system at various item levels (work in process as well as finished goods)
• Transact inventory movements in ERP system
• Support timely processing of supplier invoice matching
• Support monthly / yearly MAB accounting close processes

Key Metrics & Financial Targets

• Reconcile all inventory at assigned sites
• Troubleshoot variances and identify/create root cause solutions impacting inventory accuracy
• Proper completion of required periodic inventory counts
• Inventory accuracy of 99% at each level for assigned sites
• Own: Inventory accuracy at assigned sites
• Maintain master data accuracy (BOM consumption, SKUs, etc)
• Identification of persistent issues that need correction

Qualifications, Education, & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degrees in Supply Chain or related field
• 2+ years of CPG supply chain inventory management background or 4+ years of inventory management experience

Skills Needed To Be Successful

• Proficiency utilizing ERP systems / Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal / written)
• Comfortable managing / analyzing data, with the ability to understand how data correlates to real-time activity
• Attention to detail

Pay

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual. Competitive annual salary from $64,000 to $80,000 based in Chicago, IL
