About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager for Revenue Cycle Applications for Acute and Ambulatory settings. This role is pivotal in supporting a facility's conversion to Epic, with a go-live date in March 2027. The primary focus will be on the charging build, testing, and claims scenario testing, rather than the core application build. The ideal candidate will have a background in Epic Revenue Cycle integration and experience managing this type of facility integration project. This position is 100% remote with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discovery, build, testing, and go-live preparation activities for the revenue cycle workstream.
• Manage charge testing and validation, coordinating with clinical areas to ensure all requirements are met.
• Oversee claims scenario testing and ensure the integrity of the charging build.
• Facilitate patient backload processes and other front-end Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Work across different teams to keep the Revenue Cycle workstreams moving forward effectively.
• Utilize project management tools, primarily Excel, to track progress and manage tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience with Epic integrations or implementations, particularly with a focus on the revenue cycle.
• Demonstrated experience in charge testing and validation processes.
• Experience with both ambulatory and acute workflows.
• Strong understanding of full Revenue Cycle workflows, from front-end through back-end.
