About the role
Morgan Stanley’s Return to Work Program in Alpharetta is a 16‑week paid initiative designed for experienced professionals re‑entering the workforce after a career break. The program runs from January 18, 2027 through May 7, 2027 and places participants in roles that match their existing expertise while providing comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development. Opportunities include positions such as VP, Relationship Manager – Global Equity; Wealth Management Virtual Engagement Associate (VEA); Financial Service Representative (SIE); and Financial Service Representative. No prior financial‑services background is required; we welcome highly motivated candidates from a diverse range of industries and skills.
