Return Processor - Warehouse - AM Shift

About the role

The Returns Processor will support the Returns Team with timely and accurate product returns, and the optimization of resources and processes. They will ensure compliance with company policies/procedures, continually improve processes, and foster an environment of timely and accurate return deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory against drivers' returns manifest, ensuring accuracy and service quality.
• Service and Quality Support, ensuring all returned items are dispositioned and tagged.
• Avoidance of inventory discrepancies through returns, research, and labeling/rewrapping of all items.
• Send emails regarding missing items, damaged items, drivers' claims, or issues within the Returns process.
• Invoice orders in Transportation Manager, understanding and complying with company policies and procedures.
• Operate radio frequency equipment and conduct operations in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free warehouse floor and ensure operations promote safety.
• Ensure correct number and type of products are loaded and shipped.
• Meet company standards for productivity.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years general warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Microsoft Office programs.
• Knowledge of design software programs is a plus.

Skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Radio frequency equipment operation.
• OSHA standards compliance.

• Compensation range: $16.25 - $21.10 per hour.
