AM-Warehouse Returns Processor

About the role

The Returns Processor supports the Returns Team with timely and accurate product returns, optimization of resources and processes, compliance with company policies, and continual process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory against drivers' returns manifest and ensure accuracy.
• Assist stores, customer service, and DRT team with related questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies through returns.
• Label, rewrap items, and push out to end caps.
• Send emails regarding missing items, damaged items, driver claims, or route exceptions.
• Understand and use AX and Dispatch Track Routing System.
• Invoice orders in Transportation Manager.
• Comply with company employee handbook and operate radio frequency equipment.
• Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA standards and promote safety.
• Maintain a clean, debris-free warehouse floor.
• Ensure correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Meet company standards for productivity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-2 years of general warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of design software is a plus.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

Hiring pay range: $17.40 - $22.60 per hour. Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt team members.
