Return Mail Associate - Part-Time

About the role
The Return Mail Associate is responsible for quality checking and assembling return mail information to efficiently process rejected mailings. They must meet production goals to satisfy client deadlines while upholding a high level of quality and commitment to Moore RMG.
Responsibilities
- Pay attention to detail as the return mail is the last department before the mail leaves the building.
- Communicate with account managers regarding items mistakenly placed in the return mail department.
- Sort incoming return mail depending on reason for return and checks or credit cards.
- Fold letters, match documents and checks, and place them in envelopes to be mailed to donors.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- 2 years of clerical experience preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Dependability and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle high workloads.
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays during times of mail fluctuations.
- Ability to maneuver between departments (minimum 100 feet, maximum 600 feet at a time, 10% of the time).
- Ability to remain on the production floor until break times.
- Ability to be at a desk 90% of the time.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs.
