Retread Tech / Tire Production

About the role

As a full-time Retread Technician, your mission is to provide exceptional value during the production of the industry’s highest-quality retreads by performing specific retreading job assignments per company specifications, standards, and time frames.

Responsibilities

• Commit to continual improvement, training, and professional growth
• Inspect tires to be retreaded or repaired
• Work plant station to repair and/or retread tires per specification
• Safely operate plant equipment to buff, skive, repair, envelope, and cure tires
• Safely trim, paint, and tag finished tires
• Make final tire repair inspection and place with finished stock
• Ensure work order completion: proper work and identification
• Maintain equipment in good operating condition
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
• Protect company assets (inventory, receivables, equipment, and real estate)
• Look for opportunities to improve products and services
• Perform other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull heavy objects
• Ability to work both independently and as a team

Pay

$20/hr with experience. Monthly production bonus.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
